We provide both capital and informational resources to help start or grow a business, provide childcare services, sustain non-profit organizations, launch new products, or improve the community you call home.

 Our Products and Services include:

• Consulting Services: We provide strategic planning, organizational development and real estate development expertise to local businesses, nonprofits and government organizations;
  
  
• Loans: We are not a bank, but we do make loans to people who are unable to access traditional sources of capital and who are looking to further new concepts and business practices. Our revolving loan fund is supported by banks, foundations, individuals and government resources; and
  
  
• Programs: We provide program services to our clients that enhance their business accruement or mission. Programs currently include Energy Efficiency, Hispanic Community Services, Indian Country, and Septic.
